automatically registered as part of the Alliance Health
Network®.
Alliance has partnered with leading firms to provide

practice. These tools enhance the physicians practice

patients. The goal of Alliance is to provide critical
support to their network of physicians so “Quality
Care” is the central focus of the physicians

as well as IT services to busy and growing practices
so physicians can concentrate on patient care.

- must submit a completed application with
all references, background, and patient feedback checking
out entirely.
- must be Board Certified by
their respective specialty.
- must have proven and established
protocol for their office management and
paper flow.
- have demonstrated a high level
of patient care in their practice with testimonials
by patients.
- will bill at no more than RVS
posted fee schedule.
- agree to accept a 5% discount
on all bills if paid within 30 days of submittal.
- agree to adhere to the Alliance
Ethics Statement and any violation will result
in the termination of privileges and benefits.

| We fund the network through access fees paid by
participating physicians.They remain in the network
only if they uphold the terms and conditions therein.
What we do ask if you try us ... if at any time we
do not meet the standards we promise you simply stop
doing business. Our performance is guaranteed since
we have no recourse. We either meet your expectation
or we don’t.Your satisfaction is our only insurance.
All physicians have been screened to provide
only highly qualified proven practices. Proven
in terms of demonstrated high standards in the
areas of patient care, management protocol, timely
reports and reputation among peers.
All physicians agree to uphold the Alliance
Medical Network® Ethics Statement with termination
for any violation of the ethics agreement. Coverage
of all specialties for any type of work related
injury. Diligent monitoring of physicians practices
ensure the level of care is constant.We add physicians
to the network as we find those that qualify
to our exacting standards.That way you are assured
consistent results. Alliance screens physicians
who meet very specific stringent qualification
standards. |
